អំពី​ប្រធានបទ៖ IVR (Interactive Voice Response) is a technology that has been long used by organizations in developed countries to automatically respond phone calls and respond questions from user using pre-recorded messages, connecting users to a person if necessary, or to an answering machine where they can leave a voice message. Callers can select which information to listen to or which service they require by pressing numbers in the telephone’s keypad, in response to instructions from the system (e.g., “please press 1 to know about out promotions, please press 2 to talk to the commercial department, please press three to…”).

អំពី​វាគ្មិន៖ Mr. Kheng Piseth is currently working as the Training Manager with the USAID-funded SPICE program, implemented by the Open Institute. The program facilitates social and business innovation using communications technology and improves communications in Khmer via mobile devices. The purpose of the program is to build on partnerships between technology-oriented civil society organizations (CSOs) and private sector entities to utilize existing technologies to promote and deliver a greater diversity of information to the public, improve communications in Khmer language using mobile devices, and increase the capacity of CSOs to use social media for development purposes.
